RCDC is committed to providing quality developmental and psychological evaluations for children ages birth through thirteen years of age. Early identification and appropriate intervention is crucial to developing the maximum potential of children with developmental delays and disabilities.
RCDC has a staff of experienced, pediatric professionals capable of diagnosing a wide array of developmental delays and disorders.
What is a Developmental Delay:
A developmental delay is when a child does not meet their developmental milestones at the appropriate age. All children develop differently, but if certain milestones are not met, intervention services can help your child stay on track.
What disorders can impact my child's development?
There are a variety of disorders that can affect a child's behavior, ability to learn, communication skills, mobility, and/or self-help skills. Examples of these disorders include:
